• Bringing in food and drinks is only available to those using the carry-on plan.

• If you bring your own food with the empty-handed BBQ plan or empty-handed camping meal plan, you will be charged a separate corkage fee.

• Bringing dangerous items such as BBQ equipment and fireworks is prohibited.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Please separate your garbage and dispose of it in the designated area.

• Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other guests, such as loud music, karaoke, or loud conversations.

• If vomiting, violent behavior, or damage to facility equipment occurs, you may be asked to leave or asked to pay compensation.

Reservations:

• To cancel, please go to the reservation page.

• If the cancellation deadline is exceeded, a cancellation fee will be charged.

• Cancellations without permission or late arrivals without notice will be automatically cancelled and you may be refused future bookings.

Weather effects:

• In the event of a natural disaster or bad weather, operations may be suspended to ensure safety.

• If a cancellation is decided, the facility will contact you.

• Even if a facility is closed, refunds will vary depending on the facility and circumstances.
